While having a call with each applicant can feel time-consuming, it might allow you or the participant to realize that your group coaching program doesn’t fit their needs, and you could make a referral to another program or coach.

This will save you a lot of energy when the program is running as it will prevent dropouts and maximize engagement.

It’s better to run a program with a few highly committed participants than one with people who don’t show up or bring an attitude that is not conducive to growth.
