Experience group coaching from the inside

A free, live, 60-minute group coaching session with Dom, built on the DOLIX Model®. Bring one real challenge and leave with a real insight, plus the design behind it.

What happens in the hour: 

• You'll be coached or observe the session. For 30 minutes, you're a participant in a real group session. 
• We'll pull back the curtain. Then we walk back through what just happened and why I made each design choice.
• You'll leave with tools. Take the session structure and use it with your own clients.
• Ask anything. Straight answers about the ICF-Accredited Group Coaching Certification, including the Winter '27 cohort.

This is for you if:

• You coach 1:1 and are curious about groups, but unsure where to start
• You already run groups and want them to go deeper
• You're an internal coach, or work in HR or L&D, and want to reach more people with coaching
